2. Process analysis of main processes

2.1 cloth turnover

2.2 singeing

The operator must carefully check the cloth falling condition to prevent over burning embrittlement and uneven singeing, and pay attention to the fire of the raw cloth. 2.4 flat desizing, boiling and bleaching

2.5 shape setting

Lixin door type shape setting machine, temperature 190 ℃, speed 35 m/rain, semi-finished shape setting amplitude is 130cm wide. After the start-up, the shrinkage of semi-finished products must meet the customer's requirements and be less than 5%, otherwise the process parameters need to be adjusted. The dry cloth is directly shaped without rolling water. Setting before mercerizing is to control shrinkage and eliminate the internal stress of the fabric so that the fabric will not curl during mercerizing

2.6 mercerization

adopt a clip mercerization machine, roll alkali 210~220dl, expand the amplitude to 158 till, dry the cloth to 128n130chi, wash it with hot water fully, and the pH of the cloth is about 7. The mercerizing process shall strictly prevent wrinkles, and the width of the expansion is generally determined by the range of the finished product. Clip when crimping, but try to use less clips to reduce bamboo clip printing. Mercerization can improve fabric luster and dye uptake. For elastic fabrics, mercerization has limited control over weft shrinkage

2.7 printing

2.7.1 full coating process

pigment printing has good printing effect and clear edges, but soft adhesives such as adhesive TW, adhesive 594, etc. should be selected, and supporting softeners such as lupingmo fr-bh, etc. should be used to improve the hand feel of the fabric. In order to prevent paint printing from blooming, pure uppers A and active thickeners should be used to make basic paste for printing; Full coating process, without washing, saves energy, water and pollution; High quality and efficiency. 2.7.2 full live process

because the elastic cloth is spandex core spun yarn, the spandex content is only 2%-4%, and full live process can be used. Printed fabric feels soft, has good fastness and is comfortable to wear. 2.7.3 coating activation process

some patterns must adopt coating activation acid prevention process in order to achieve the printing effect. However, if steaming + high-temperature baking fixation (150 ℃, 3 min) is used, the elasticity of spandex will be greatly reduced due to the alkali in the active color paste and high-temperature baking under alkaline conditions. Therefore, low temperature adhesive should be selected, and only the fixation process of steaming at 100 ℃ for 6 minutes should be adopted to ensure the elasticity of the fabric. At the same time, the amount of ammonia sulfate should be strictly controlled in the coating process to prevent excessive use and white circles

2.8 soaping

soaping must be carried out after the color fixation of live coating process and full live process. The floating color must be fully removed by soaping at ℃. To ensure the printing effect, it is strictly prohibited to cover the color

2.9 stretching

the speed is 40 m/min, the rolling softener nc-1 30 R/L, the temperature of the front area is 150 ℃ and has high compatibility with organisms, the temperature of the rear area is 180 ℃, the falling width is cm wider than the finished product width, and the finished product width is after pre shrinking. In the stretching process, the deviation of temperature not greater than 5 ℃ should be strictly controlled, and the speed should be constant, otherwise it will directly affect the dimensional stability of fabric falling width and the consistency of elasticity, Affect the shrinkage
